I have been blogging for last two years, but I have never given a thought about it...
last week I was reading a article from newsweek which says blgging is a therapy...
It says blog as an platform for a creative outlet...
And according to the mental health experts, blog is a medicine...
In a forthcoming study for cyber psychology and behavior says that a blogger is happier than a non blogger...
Blog is a step up of old diaries...
But bloggers should be careful while writing since we can reveal too much, which can bring guilt and shame...
So it is suggested that blog the heart's content, and give roam for the readers to imagine...
Now I knew why I feel relaxed and happy when I blog...
It removes all the stress and tension...
If you dont have a blog,why don't you try it...
