Is blogging a best medicine

I have been blogging for last two years, but I have never given a thought about it...

last week I was reading a article from newsweek which says blgging is a therapy...

It says blog as an platform for a creative outlet...

And according to the mental health experts, blog is a medicine...

In a forthcoming study for cyber psychology and behavior says that a blogger is happier than a non blogger...

Blog is a step up of old diaries...

But bloggers should be careful while writing since we can reveal too much, which can bring guilt and shame...

So it is suggested that blog the heart's content, and give roam for the readers to imagine...

Now I knew why I feel relaxed and happy when I blog...

It removes all the stress and tension...

If you dont have a blog,why don't you try it...

15000 words split up

As every one know I am doing my final dissertation for my master's degree...

Today I thought of starting the write up as it is high to start it... its already july and have to submit it by mid of september...

Before satrting I was stuck, this is not because of I am running out of materials...

It is because of word count that should be cared for each section...

I don't want to end up writing one section with huge number of words and other section lacking in words...

So I tried to find out through my seniors and friends...

but no one has got any clue about it...

Later in the evening I found it through google search...

I am adding those required word counts in each section which I found from some other website...

I think this will be useful for you all...

Introduction - 900 words

Research Context and Objectives - 2200 words

Literature Review - 5,500 words

Research Methodology - 2,600 words

Research Results - 2,800 words

Conclusion - 1,200 words

News Channels Hype

In cnn-ibn I could see a case very often...when ever I see that channel I could see the same news...

this is the limit.. I think media blow up has made this case " HIGH PROFILE "

But the question that's going through my mind is, Is this case deserve so much time and the hype that its getting ?

Its sucha a sad thing that media is making money and tearing apart sumones personal life..

why should I bother whether Aarushi's murder was a case of Dis-functional family or another of those Servant's Mischiefs...

And there is hardly anything left for 24 Hours news channel's to show.. They show this thing 12hours a day and the things that are more important to the entire nation are just clubbed in another section of the news...

can't they focus on issues related to national development rather than this crap and to add to this they have taken over the job of CBI themselves and are findin it pretty interesting doing investigations of their own and predicting interesting stories and encouraging public to imagine stories of their own and send to them.. Weren't these news channels supposed to be more Responsible ?

Water was leaking in my room from top floor at early morning 0300 hrs, ruining my sleep....

Actually I dnt know from what time it was leaking but I found it at 0300 hours...

While sleeping I found some water in my hands, I thought it is in my dreams but I suddenly woke up to find this...

When I woke up, I found whole floor with water...

I tried to call for assistance in the helpline provided by the accomodation management during emergency but I was shocked by what was told by the helpline guy...

He said, he can't help as cotton mills managment has not paid them...

To make the matter worse the alarm started to ring due to short circuit... Everyone in my floor woke and they gave me company as there is no one to switch off the alarm and if we turn it off then we have to pay fine...

It was fixed after 0900 hrs in the morning...

This reflects the bad management and poor architecture of house...
