From the last four months I have been prone to few common mental problems.
How many of us are plagued by common mental problems in our day today life. Depression, anxiety, stress, anger, above all these worry and self doubt.
Now a days its a trend to consult psychologist or consultant to overcome these mental problems.
But I feel consulting a doctor for these problems is not a solution. We can help ourselves in many ways for a better life.
We can many ways to improve our life in many books and websites. But these tips are very good to read and understand but its very difficult to practice.
But we have no other go other than practice which is given in these books.
We can read and take notes of few points from various topics.
I think it will be enough to overcome these mental stress and anxiety, if we practice few steps given by great authors for 10 minutes every day.
But I will suggest to go for meditation for 15 minutes, I believe this is the best way to overcome all these problems.
