Yoga : Motivation To Do

Its been since I have done yoga, and now I am thinking to start up with Yoga!!

I thought for starting yoga has started few months back and till now I have not started.

Does it shows my laziness or lack of motivation or lack of interest.

Should I start Yoga or Should Not??

This is the question running round the mind. Probably you all will be dealing with the same question many times.

Yoga is a form of exercise developed in India. It has three disciplines

Tapas -- this is considered as an action to purify your mind and your body.

Svadhyaya -- this is related to the study of scriptures.

Ishvara Pranidhana -- this is considered as to surrender to god.

But normally we follow first and last step, I don't think most of us follow second step.

Before starting yoga, the important think to know is, its types --

Hatha yoga -- most of us follow, this type of yoga. and if you go to teacher to learn yoga, he may also teach the same type. It is believed that this form of yoga increases the sex drive.

Tantric yoga -- this type of yoga reduces one's sex drive and mostly followed by sages.

Yoga's or Asanas have to be performed in full dedication and harmony unless it will effect your body and mind.

If you want to feel the effect of yoga then you should perform yoga without hesitation and with whole heartedly.

In my belief, If you really want to feel the peace of mind, relief of all your tensions and grief's, health,then you should follow first discipline that is Tapas.

Everyone should commence practice of yoga for happy and healthy life.

I am also going to start from today. So before starting yoga thought why not I should motivate few.
